The Site Care Plan is for contractors who want to be more active with their site: unlimited updates, priority 48-hour response, and monthly performance checks. If you're running ads or SEO and need your site moving fast, Site Care is the right plan.

What if I want to make changes after launch?

Hosting Plan clients get up to two text/image updates per month with less than a week turnaround. Site Care Plan clients get unlimited updates with a shorter, less than 48-hour turnaround. Either way, just reach out and we handle it. You never need to touch the site yourself.

Is there a binding contract?

No. Our websites are month to month. Cancel anytime. We'd rather keep you because you're happy with the results than because of paperwork.

What happens if I cancel?

Your domain stays yours. Your site comes offline within 48 hours of cancellation since it lives on our servers. If you want to keep the site and host it yourself, ask us about the buyout option before canceling.
